WhatsApp, SMS, and email messages are sent and received through the CRM, so every reply lands back in the customer's thread.

Security & Access Control

Because Cligo CRM handles real customer data and connects to our official social media accounts, access is deliberately locked down to authorized Cligo employees only.

  • Every account is provisioned internally — there is no public registration or self-service sign-up.
  • Role-based access control limits what each employee (agent, manager, admin) can see and do.
  • Passwords are hashed and integration credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • Sessions use short-lived access tokens with automatic, secure refresh.
  • Social media connections use each platform's official OAuth login — we never store platform passwords.
  • All traffic is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Cligo CRM is built, maintained, and used internally by Cligo. Access is limited to our employees — including administrators, managers, agents, and support staff — using accounts created internally by our administrators. There is no public registration, and the platform is not offered as a service to external customers or third parties.
